UI2 – The Portable Dual-Slot USB Battery Charger is Out Now

As there is a growing trend of lightweight gear and demanding power supply in the outdoor industry, NITECORE is releasing its latest Li-ion battery charger UI2.


800mA Single Slot Charging Current

The UI2 features 2 independently controlled charging slots which automatically adopt the optimal charging modes between CC and CV and are available for low current charging below 2.9V for protecting the batteries and maximizing the battery cycle durability. 3 explicit and simple power indicators are equipped for real-time display of battery level and charging status.


Powerful Compatibility

The UI2 is compatible for 3.7V rechargeable Li-ion batteries and especially available for large-sized 20700, 21700 batteries.


Micro-USB Port for Outdoor Charging

The UI2 is compatible with various 5V mobile power sources, solar panels and USB adaptors to ensure endless power supply.


Multiple Charging Safeguards

Anti-short Circuiting and Reverse Polarity Protection: If the battery is inserted with polar reversed or short-circuited, all 3 indicators will flash to indicate an error.

Intelligent Thermal Protection: When the charger is overheated due to the high temperature of the working environment, the UI2 will automatically regulate the charging current to protect the charger and the battery.

Automatic Termination Upon Charging Completion: When the battery is fully charged, all 3 indicators will glow steadily and the UI2 will automatically cease the charging process.
