With each cell independently managed and stored, the modular battery pack of the NPS400 can automatically balance the working status of each cell. The intervals more than 1.5mm (0.06") between each cell keep the interior well ventilated to quickly dissipate the heat into the air. Innovatively suspended onto the ABS inner shell, the battery pack is kept with a gap from the sides and the bottom of the interior to gain an excellent stability. The anti-shock rubber can also serve as a cushion to effectively protect the cells against a fall or an impact. The Battery Management System (BMS) is designed to dynamically manage and monitor each cell 100 times per second. It can maintain the best performance and prevent overcharge or over-discharge of the batteries to prolong their lifespan.

 

The backlit real-time LCD display makes it easily operable in the dark or at night. With dual charging ways available, it can be recharged by the solar panels or the included AC adapter. It is also equipped with multiple protection safeguards including overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, over-discharge protection, overcharge protection, overvoltage protection and thermal protection.
